Inglewood Program Kicks Off with 20 Swimmer Scholars

Trident is happy to announce a sucessful kick off of our first west-coast Swimmer Scholar Program.  Thanks to the hard work of Patrick Bridges, our west coast Executive Director, our program has launched with twenty Swimmer Scholars and is growing each week.  Everyone is loving learning how to swim and is already more focused on school and getting better grades!

Hello LA! Inglewood HS Swim Lessons

We kicked off our first West Coast program this April, with a Learn-To-Swim program at the school.  A beautiful 7-lane pool has hosted 50 swimmers a week, from young guppies getting in the water for the first time and high school swimmers ready to take it to the next level.

College Acceptances are in!

Congratulations to this year's Swimmer Scholar Seniors!  We had a great crop of acceptances this year, adding more SUNY campuses (Cortland, New Paltz, and Potsdam) to our list of colleges our Scholars will matriculate to.  The full list is too long but you can find it on the College List page!

Prospect Heights Program in Full Swing

We caught up to our newest Swimmer Scholars during study hall before swim practice.  They were working hard, helping each other, and learning a few new things.  Study hall is a regular part of the Swimmer Scholar program - it teaches discipline and good study skills, giving them the tools to succeed in high school and college.

Multi-Program Columbia University Visit

We were very excited to have our Prospect Heights and Washington Heights programs come together for the first time to visit Columbia University.  Swimmer Scholars from both programs started out by watching Columbia defeat Yale in swimming, toured campus, and then finished it up with pizza!  Teens from all over the world, including Morocco, Senegal, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic, came together and shared their love of swimming and talked about their plans for college.
